If you are running late for your appointment, please contact your stylist. Please keep in mind that being late could result in not completing everything scheduled.
At this time no one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment unless previously authorized by your stylist or the salon owner. Children are NOT permitted in the salon unless receiving a scheduled service. Please make sure those sweet babies are cared for while you enjoy your scheduled time in the salon.
Upon booking, you’ll receive a text confirmation that your booking request has been accepted. You will receive a text prior to your appointment asking for you to confirm your appointment. Please follow the prompts in the text so that your stylist will have confirmation of your appointment.
Sometimes cancelling is a must. We understand that life can bring emergencies where your hair suddenly becomes last priority. We always try to be as understanding as possible. However, we do ask that if possible a 24 hour notice is given to your stylist if you need to cancel your appointment. This request is made simply to allow us an opportunity to fill any openings and adjust our schedule to accommodate each of our guests. If this request is not respected, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price is to be made prior to rescheduling. This fee is to cover our time for your scheduled spot. Our cancellation policy is at the discretion of the individual stylist and/or the salon owner.
