*If you are running late for your appointment, please contact your stylist. Please keep in mind that being late could result in not completing everything scheduled.
*No one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment unless previously authorized by your stylist or the salon owner. Children are NOT permitted in the salon unless receiving a scheduled service. Please make sure those sweet babies are cared for while you enjoy your scheduled time in the salon.
*Upon booking, you’ll receive a text confirmation that your booking request has been accepted. You will receive a text prior to your appointment asking for you to confirm your appointment. Please follow the prompts in the text so that your stylist will have confirmation of your appointment.
*Sometimes cancelling is a must. We understand that life can bring emergencies where your hair suddenly becomes last priority. We always try to be as understanding as possible. However, we do ask that if possible a 24 hour notice is given to your stylist if you need to cancel your appointment. This request is made simply to allow us an opportunity to fill any openings and adjust our schedule to accommodate each of our guests. If this request is not respected, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service price is to be made prior to rescheduling. This fee is to cover our time for your scheduled spot. Our cancellation policy is at the discretion of the individual stylist and/or the salon owner.
*When an appointment is missed without notice, it impacts both our stylist and other clients who could have taken that time. Because of this, ALL no show-appointments are required to pay 100% of the scheduled service(s).
*We want you to love your hair! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to make adjustments if needed. If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss a solution.
*At Studio 27, we use professional-grade products and chemicals to acheive your desired results. While our protective capes do a great job, natural movement during your appointment can sometimes lead to accidental spills or stains. We recommend wearing clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting a little extra “love” from the salon. Studio 27 is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items worn during your service.
